The Unforgettable Balsamic Scallop Sizzle
Marinate Sea Scallops (or any fish or shellfish) in the David's Unforgettable Balsamic Vinaigrette at room temperature for about 45 minutes. Pre-heat a saute pan, broiler or grill. Cook the scallops about 4 minutes, depending on size. Baste with the sauce and turn scallops over. Baste again and cook for another 4 minutes. Serve immediately with more Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side.
