The Unforgettable Balsamic Soy Ginger Bokslaw

INGREDIENTS: 
3-4 med Bok Choy
1 lg Red Bell Pepper
1 lg Fuji Apple
2 stalks Green Onion
1/4 cup Balsamic Soy Ginger
2 tps Kewpie Mayo
1 Jalapeno (optional)
 
DIRECTIONS:
Thinly slice all vegetables.  Mix Balsamic Soy Sauce and mayo in a small bowel.  In a large bowel, toss ingredient, mixing in sauce.  Salt & pepper to Taste!
